Valentine's Dinner

Between getting home from Paris last night and having preschool this morning, I didn't have time to make pink pancakes like I did last year, and this year I tried to do the next best thing for dinner: sweet potato hearts.


The girls seemed to love them just as much as they did the pancakes, although I know if given the choice, they'd choose pancakes any day. I ended up eating the scraps which would have been cute in their own right if trimmed up a bit, but that would have only left us with more scraps, and scrimpy ones at that.


You know they tasted just as good.
