Kate's Christening

Today we had Kate's christening, and she was all smiles at home, looking like a beautiful little baby bride.





At the church, though, she wasn't as happy, which was to be expected considering the ceremony started just as she was due for a nap. Poor baby! Once her part was over, she fell into a blessed sleep and stayed that way until it was time to go home.







At home, she got some love from her big sister Emily, who then played with Grandmom, Grandpop, and her cousins, while Kate got passed around until she couldn't take it anymore.








Poor Uncle Steve got the brunt of it, which wasn't a very good way for her to make a first impression, but after she took another nap, and the guests had all gone home, she was back to her smiling happy self.
