Let's Rehearse

This afternoon we had the rehearsal, and it was great to meet the rest of DeAnn's family. With such a large group, we had the ranch all to ourselves the entire weekend!

Since Mimi and Pop-Pop were hosting the rehearsal dinner, we arrived at the restaurant a little early (believe it or not) which gave us time to give Rich the photo album that has become a wedding tradition among us siblings.

After briefly reminiscing over some great memories, it was time to mingle with friends and family and then eat the fantastic meal.

It wasn't long before party girl Emily wanted to hit the dance floor and show off her adorable dress (thanks, Mom-Mom!) and her talented dance moves inspired by Mimi.

But the night wasn't about Emily, it was all about the bride and groom ... and Elvis?!

Surprisingly (or not), this is actually the third wedding where members of my family have been present that has also involved an Elvis appearance. The first was Aunt Kelly and Uncle Rob's wedding, the second was Uncle John's sister's wedding (where it was our very own Poppy dressed as Elvis), and now this; even more coincidentally, all three have been in late June.

After all that crazy fun, it was time for our little family to say goodnight. It's a big day tomorrow!
